• We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. All items are insured. Please contact FedEx Ground to file a claim at 1-800-GO FEDEX. We will gladly assist you in any way

• Returns accepted with enclosed return label and approved authorization. Email mazzymadness@aol.com

• Returns have a 15% restocking fee (note: NO shipping charges are refundable, only item price minus 15% is refundable)

• Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt in non-used, new condition. Used items will not be refunded

• Damaged, returned packages/items will not be refunded. So please insure package for return. Protect your investment

• Please add $ 22.95 shipping and handling within continental US

• Please email mazzymadness@aol.com before bidding for shipping and handling charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada

• Include your item number, phone number, email address and complete street address on all methods of payment

• We can combine shipments to save you money. Items must end within 5-7 days of each other and you must contact us for correct shipping charge. Please remember we still require payment within 10 days of first auction ending

• We only ship FedEx Ground. We do not ship through the Post Office.

• Sorry, No international shipments (except Canada)

• Ohio residents please add 7.25% sales tax

• We accept money orders, cashiers checks and Paypal

• We do accept personal checks, however, there will be a 5-10 day hold on item for check to clear your bank
